How to Minimize Pores Naturally
If you don’t want to use skin care products that empty your bank account, then there are other ways to minimize your pores. There are a lot of natural skin remedies that you can actually make on your own.
All you need is the right supplies and a few minutes each day to see a difference with your pores. Even if you don’t have experience with beauty regimens you can easily adapt to using these remedies.
1. Steam Your Skin
Steam opens up your pores and makes them a lot easier to clean. There are a few different ways you can steam your skin, but just standing in a room with the shower on is probably the easiest (and cheapest). Once your skin has had a chance to adapt to the steam, you will need to exfoliate it. This is something you will only need to do two to three times per week and you can even do it while in the shower.
2. Exfoliate Your Skin
You can make your own exfoliating scrub ahead of time with a few ingredients. Make this with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and two teaspoons of sugar. You can also add in scented oil if you prefer your scrub to smell good. You can store this in a jar so you can easily access it whenever you want to cleanse your skin. Now, after your face has been steamed, gently rub the sugar scrub onto it. Gently do this for around one minute, making sure to pay special attention to your pores. After this, rinse your skin off with warm water and then splash it with cold water to finish.
Your skin should only be patted dry when you get out of the shower or when you are finished rinsing. After this you will need to put on your favorite moisturizer.
3. Moisturize Your Skin
Shea butter is a great natural moisturizer that will nourish your skin and help reduce the appearance of your pores. Using this every night before bed and following exfoliating can make a huge difference with the way your pores look. Just make sure to purchase shea butter that is natural and has no chemical ingredients inside of it. You can easily determine this by reading the package that it comes in.
4. Use Baking Soda Masks
A baking soda mask used throughout the week is another natural option for minimizing those pores. All you have to do is start out by lathering natural soap onto your skin. After this, make a paste of baking soda and water in a bowl. From here, gently rub this onto your skin with the soap and continue doing this gently for another minute. Once finished, rinse your face off and put on a moisturizer.
– If you smoke, you may want to consider quitting. Smoking is bad for the skin and makes the pores larger as well.
– Take 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night to take care of your skin. This will go by quickly and will result in smaller pores and healthier looking skin.
If you don’t find a cure for blackheads sing naturally means, you can always try the pore minimizers and get a quick and easy, but temporary, solution.
