Celebrity jewellery that will knock your socks off!
Celebrities are well known for their extravagant taste and fabulous style, but there are some in particular that really know how to nail the art of accessorising. Granted, it’s likely that they will have a stylist most of the time to help them make their outfit choices so we can’t give them all the credit, but we can take inspiration from them all the same. In this blog post we will be looking at some of the more out there and statement jewellery pieces ever worn and who had the confidence to wear them. First off we had to mention Lady Gaga, the pop star known for pushing boundaries and making people’s jaws drop (remember the meat dress). Well she didn’t let us down when she revealed her “Born this way” video wearing this epic necklace that must have weighed an absolute ton!
Next we move onto the one and only Nikki Minaj, the ultimate real life Barbie and boy does she know how to dress the part. Of all Miss Minaj’s accessory choices we had to show you this ice cream cone necklace which looks good enough to eat! It takes a certain person to pull this look off, but you have to admit that the brightly coloured hair and strange face mask almost make the jewellery look tame in comparison.
Our final celebrity had to be Carrie Bradshaw, OK, so she’s a fictional character but some of her accessory choices have become legendary and we couldn’t have a post about knocking your socks off without featuring her. Check out this mega piece below that Carrie wore on a wedding photo shoot, kind off takes away from the dress you might think? But somehow, oh yes, she manages to pull it off, maybe it’s because we know her style, maybe it’s because she’s from New York and anything goes there! But, she looks fabulous and that’s all that matters.
So there you have it, the 3 pieces of celebrity jewellery that will knock your socks off! It seems in Hollywood bigger is better and why the heck not? If your looking to purchase jewellery online, check out Gemleys.com for some beautiful options.
